New NRT Seals

Terog Mfg is in the process of converting the seals on the roller products from the NRR to the NRT seals. 

Background:

The NRR seals have been used at Terog Mfg for about 25 years with very good success performing above expectations in most applications.  The new NRT seals work equally well or better in those same applications and perform with these additional benefits: 

• Excellent sealing in extremely dusty conditions
• Materials not sticking or rusting to seal making for easier turning even after prolonged standing
• Low drag, for high speed operations 

After 3 years of testing, we have found the NRT seal superior to the NRR seal.

*Please Note*

The new NRT seal and the NRR seal are not interchangeable.  We will continue supplying the NRR seals for eplacement parts as always.  You may distinguish which seal a roller has by seeing a T in the roller number stamped on the roller body or a black plastic with the NRT number molded in the plastic.  This seal has got the patented CLEAN LEX name on it along with BLACK ACE.  If you are installing the NRT seals, be sure the lettering on the seal is away rom the bearing with the seal portion towards the inner race of the bearing.  The NRT seals may be purchased in packs of 10 and also as bearing kits.  The same stub shafts may be used.
